Bren recovered from a first game hiccup to pull off a 2-1 reverse sweep that allowed them to snap a three-game losing skid while TNC finally found its winning form, sweeping league-leading Onic Philippines, 2-0, to score its breakthrough win in the tournament.

After a lackluster show in the series opener, the M2 World Champions rode the perfect performance of Stephen “Super Marco” Reqiutano on the Karrie with a 6-0-1 KDA to power the equalizing 10-5 triumph in Game 2.

Game 3 was a Michael Angelo “Kyletzy” Sayson show as he dashed and dazzled his way to an 8-0-3 KDA using his signature Lancelot pick. Kyletzy dominated in the series-clincher highlighted by a masterful one against two outplay against Joshua “Ch4knu” Mangilog’s Chou and Christian “Raizen” Sumagui’s Fanny.

Bren closed out the series with a 14-2 tally in Game 3.

In the second match, a blistering start for TNC set the tone for the clean sweep, taking an early 11K gold and 5-0 kill leads. The Phoenix never looked back from there as Ben “Benthings” Maglaque on the Franco provided the plays with a 0-0-6 KDA to help TNC score the first point of the series, 6-3 in Game 1.

TNC showed no letup in Game 2 as it shackled Onic PH behind a splendid debut from KingSalman who spearheaded the attack on his Valentina with a 2-0-5 KDA. TNC closed out the series with a textbook 8-1 victory.
