The former Arkangel Esports standout finished with 37 points, topping Kramm who had 35 points in the tight Best Rookie race. Yasuwo was at far third with 11 points.

Nonetheless, it was TNC Pro Team ML which emerged as the biggest winner in recruitment especially after turning things around in Season 9 following an eighth-place finish last season.

The crew let go most of its Season 8 players which was composed of the core players of the former Work Auster Force team leaving only Ben “Benthings” Maglaque and Daniel “SDZyz” Chuu.

They then signed the three rookies who were vital cogs in the team’s Season 9 turnaround where they finished at the second spot after the eliminations and at third place after the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Duane “Kelra” Pillas joined four RSG Philippines players in the Team of the Season award, the league announced, Wednesday.

The Omega Esports star gold laner joined Jhonard “Demonkite” Caranto in the jungler position, Arvie “Aqua” Calderon in the midlane, Finals MVP Nathanael “Nathzz” Crisologo in the EXP lane and Dylan “Light” Catipon in the roaming post.
