Top Rank chief and Hall of Famer promoter Bob Arum included Manny Pacquiao in his personal list of boxing’s “Mt. Rushmore.”

For Arum, Pacquiao is joined by the likes of Muhammad Ali, Marvelous Marvin Hagler, and Tyson Fury in his Top 4 in the boxing scene.

Though Arum, did not talk much about Pacquiao, the Top Rank president has always been vocal of his admiration to his former fighter.

When Pacquiao announced his retirement from the sport last October, Arum said “nobody else comes close” to Ali but the Filipino boxing legend.

The 42-year-old Pacquiao, for his part, also recognized Arum in his speech then for staging his most successful and biggest fight through the years.

Pacquiao had his swan song when he suffered a unanimous decision defeat against Cuban Olympian Yordenis Ugas.

Meanwhile, Arum believes that Fury will get the upper hand should he fight Ali at their prime.

“Fury wins. No heavyweight before or since could beat Fury,” said the 89-year-old Arum. “Fury is so incredible. Guys were [6-foot-9= were bums when Ali was fighting coz’ they couldn’t move and they were always flaws.

“But here’s a guy, Fury, takes an incredible punch, moves likes a welterweight, and has a pretty good punch himself, knows how to box. We haven’t seen those combinations ever. Ever.”
