Blacklist International’s Kiel “Oheb” Soriano and Jonmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna were among the top performers at the end of the M3 World Championship group stage action.

The two were pivotal in the Blacklist’s seamless run in the group stage that saw the MPL Philippines back-to-back champions ran over its opponents in Group A to secure a spot in the upper bracket playoffs of the tournament.
Oheb was ranked second in kill statistics with a total of 25 kills and an average of 8.3 kills per game. The Blacklist gold laner wreaked havoc on the Beatrix highlighted by a maniac during their game against Bedel in the opening day.
The kills scoreboard, however, was topped by RRQ Hoshi’s ace jungler Albert “Alberttt” Neilsen Iskandar who ran wild in the final day of the group stage with a death-less three-game show where he scored a total of 39 kills for a 13 kills per game average. He also completed three maniacs in the process and the tournament’s first savage in their game against RSG Singapore.
Also in the top five in kills were Gilang “Sanz” from Onic Esports with 22 kills (3rd), Muhammad “CikuGais” Danial with 19 (4th) and tied for the fifth place, Jaylord “Hatred” Gonzales of Onic Philippines and Lu “Sasa” Khai Bean of Team SMG with 17 kills each.
OhmyV33nus, on the other hand, also placed second in the total assists count with 38. MPL PH’s ‘The Queen’ trailed RRQ’s Calvin “Vynnn” who already had 42 assists on the board while his teammate, Deden “Clayyy” Muhammad Nurhasan finished third with 36.
Onic PH’s team captain Allen “Baloyskie” Baloy claimed the fourth spot with 33 while Onic Esports’ Nicky “Kiboy” Fernando round up the top 5 with 31 assists.
In terms of kill participation, Filipino roaming/supports, Baloyskie and OhmV33nus topped the bill at the end of the group stage.
Baloyskie dictated the pace for Onic PH which finished atop the ‘Group of Death’ Pool B with a whopping 93-percent kill participation.
OhmyV33nus together with Natus Vincere’s Maxim “Nagib” Dudich and Alberttt followed tied in the third spot with an identical 91-percent. BloodThirstyKings’ Michael “MobaZane” Cosgun rounded out the top 5 with 88-percent kill participation.
Playoffs starts on Saturday, Dec. 12 with Blacklist International facing BloodThirstyKings while Onic PH takes on RSG SG in their own upper bracket match.
