National University-Nazareth School crushed University of the Philippines Integrated School 113-76 on Sunday to move a win away from sweeping the double-round eliminations of UAAP boys basketball at The Arena in San Juan City.

Five players scored in double figures for the Bullpups with Carl Tamayo finishing a double-double effort of 10 points and 11 rebounds in 11 minutes.
Steve Enriquez and Terrence Fortea spearheaded NU’s offensive onslaught with 17 points each, while Gerry Abadiano and Karl Quiambao chipped in 12 and 10 points.
The Bullpups pulled away from a close opening quarter contest where they only led by 27-26 before picking up pace in the second period for a 51-42 halftime advantage.
The Junior Maroons lost their steam in the second half, managing 34 points compared to the Bullpups’ 62.
Jose Gomez De Liano erupted for 27 points highlighted by six triples, but it was still not enough to lift UPIS from the hole as it absorbed its 13th straight defeat.
Meanwhile, Adamson University bolstered its Final Four bid with a 124-68 demolition of University of the East for 7-6.
John Erolon skippered the Baby Falcons with 27 points, six rebounds and five assists, while Didat Hanapi and Ruzzell Dominguez added 19 and 17 points. Jeremy Guarino and Nicole Quinal contributed 10 points each.
Adamson was ruthless throughout, leading by as many as 56 points. It also dished off 29 assists and made 18 steals while converting UE’s 35 turnovers to 54 points.
UE fell to 3-10 despite Cyrus Austria, Jericho Motecalvo and Eionn Montecastro merging for 42 points.
